4. Client Responsibilities

• All pre-existing intellectual property belonging to either party remains the property of that party.
• Upon full payment, ownership of the custom website design and deliverables created for you will transfer to you, excluding third-party materials, software, or frameworks.
• We retain the right to display work samples for marketing and portfolio purposes.

7. Hosting and Third-Party Services

• Our hosting and infrastructure rely on trusted third-party service providers. We are not responsible for outages, downtime, or issues beyond our direct control.
• You are responsible for backing up your content and ensuring compliance with applicable laws when using our Services.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your Services if you:

• Fail to make payment,
• Violate these Terms, or
• Engage in unlawful activity through our Services.

You may terminate Services by notifying us in writing, but no refunds will be provided.
